Flavor, the name says it all !
We make a special effort to keep things simple, and we really care about what we do. Our chef does all the shopping personally, at the local market, at the organic suppliers, and from gourmet importers and wholesale suppliers.
Only the basic ingredients are bought; everything else is freshly made in our kitchen: the bread, the pasta, the sauces, everything . . . .
Erik Vranckx, our chef, uses recipes and techniques he has gathered in different kitchens in high class restaurants, and several different countries, over more than 25 years.
Erik is from Belgium, which is a country where many nationalities share the space - thus leading him to work with people from all over the world, and picking up on their home country recipes as well.
That explains the diverse menu, where you will find classic dishes such as tenderloin steak with black pepper cream sauce next to white snapper with red bean-mango salsa and avocado vinaigrette, or salmon & spinach lasagna, with tomato-cucumber salad.
Set in a small townhouse on Yaowarat Road, in the heart of the historical quarter of 'old' Phuket Town, and only open since the beginning of 2014, yet it is already ranked in the top 10 Phuket restaurants !
